ME
I first trained to be a personal trainer and sports massage therapist 19 years ago, following quickly with training in Pilates. My passion and guilty pleasure seeing people improve their fitness and understanding for their bodies.
Over the 18 years I have trained with Pilates Institute, The Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute and The Pilates Foundation. My intention being to be as well informed and as up to date with the ever-evolving research on the best way to train the body and rehab after injury or surgery.
With this in mind, I now teach a lot of standing work to maximise the efficiency of the session increasing bone density, muscle strength and general well -being.
Being in the moment working to focus the body and the breath.
